The editor's brief

Player11 customer care runs on two channels. We list the response windows, the documents you should attach, and the things the support team will never ask for so you can spot a phishing attempt early.

01. In-app chat — fastest

Open the app → Profile → Help → Chat with us. Typical response time is under 10 minutes during match hours and under 30 minutes outside match hours. Attach screenshots from inside the chat window; they help the agent identify the screen you are on.

02. Email — for non-urgent queries

Email the support team at the address published on the in-app Help screen. Response window is 4–12 hours on a working day; longer on weekends and match days. Attach screenshots, the contest ID and your registered mobile number.

03. Documents to attach

For KYC queries: a clear photo of your PAN card, a clear photo of the Aadhaar card (front and back), and a recent bank statement or UPI handle. For payment queries: the UPI transaction reference and the contest ID. For account recovery: the last four digits of the registered bank account and your registered mobile number.

04. What support will never ask for

The support team will never ask for your OTP, your password, or a remote-access session on your phone. If anyone claims to be Player11 support and asks for these, end the conversation and report the incident through the in-app Help → Report Phishing flow.

05. Phone support

Player11 does not publish a phone number for customer care. This is deliberate. Phone support is hard to verify and easy to spoof; chat and email leave a paper trail that protects both sides.

Editor's working checklist

Before you treat any number on this page as final, run this short checklist. The checklist is the same one the editorial desk uses before publishing a captain pick note — adapted for the reader rather than the writer.

  1. Open the app first. This site is a brief; the app is the source of truth. Verify any number that drives a paid decision inside the official Player11 app.
  2. Check the date stamp on this page. Numbers and rules change between seasons. If the page has not been refreshed in over a season, treat every figure as historical.
  3. Check the state eligibility list. Even if your account is in good standing, a state change can move paid contests to read-only. The in-app eligibility list is the source of truth.
  4. Read the FAQ on this page. The FAQ is where the editorial team answers the questions readers send in most often. If your question is not there, write to customer care.

Compliance and editorial disclaimer

Player11 is a real-money skill-based fantasy product. Paid contests require KYC, an 18+ age gate and a verified payment method. State-by-state rules apply; verify your eligibility inside the in-app Legal screen before paying any entry fee. This page is editorial commentary — it does not run contests, accept deposits, or process withdrawals.

If the entertainment stops being fun, set a self-exclusion timer in the app (Profile → Responsible Play) or write to the support team for a longer cool-off period. We treat responsible play as a non-negotiable first step for any new reader.

Reader questions

Why does support ask for my registered mobile number?

To verify they are talking to the account holder. The agent never asks for the OTP — they ask for the registered number to cross-check against their system.

Can I get a refund on a paid contest entry?

Refunds are only issued if the contest is cancelled by the operator or if there is a documented technical fault that prevented your XI from being recorded. Read the contest terms before paying the entry fee.

What if my issue is not resolved?

Ask the agent to escalate. Escalations go to a senior reviewer who responds within 24 hours. If you are still not satisfied, the in-app Help screen lists the grievance officer's email as required by Indian IT rules.
