02. State-by-state rules
Several Indian states have passed their own legislation on paid fantasy contests. Some states permit them with KYC; others restrict or prohibit them. The in-app eligibility list is the source of truth — it reflects the current legal status state by state.

03. 18+ age gate
All paid contests on Player11 are gated to users 18 years and older. KYC verification includes a date-of-born check, and accounts that fail the check are blocked from joining paid contests. Free practice contests are available to all ages.
04. Where paid contests are not available
The current list of states where paid contests are not available is published inside the app. If you sign up from one of those states, the app will let you browse contests but will block entry to paid contests.

05. How to verify before paying an entry fee
Open the app → Settings → Legal → State Eligibility. The list reflects the current legal status of each state. If your state has moved from permitted to restricted, the app will notify you at the next sign-in and any pending contest entries will be refunded.
