Three install paths are supported, and only three. Anything else is not endorsed by us. The path you pick depends on whether your device has Play Store access.
01. Android via Play Store
Open the Play Store, search for Player11, and tap Install. The verified listing shows the operator name on the developer field. App size is roughly 35–50 MB. Updates are handled by the Play Store in the background.
02. Android via APK
If your device does not have Play Store access, the verified APK path is on /apk-download/. The APK is hosted on the operator's domain and the file hash is published on the same page so you can verify what you downloaded.

03. iOS via App Store
Open the App Store, search for Player11, and tap Get. The verified listing shows the same operator name as the Android version. iPad users will see the iPhone build in compatibility mode.
04. What to do after install
Open the app, enter your mobile number, request an OTP, and complete the sign-up flow. The app will ask for a referral or welcome bonus code if you have one. KYC documents are requested only when you first try to withdraw.

05. Troubleshooting install failures
If the install fails on Android, check the available storage (the app needs roughly 80 MB free), check that your Android version meets the minimum (6.0), and check that your device is not on a corporate-managed profile that blocks sideloading. On iOS, check that your iOS version is 13 or higher.
