Player11 is mobile-first. The web does not host a sign-in form; account access happens inside the official app. Here is what to expect and how to recover if it does not work.
01. Sign in inside the app
Open the Player11 app on your phone. Enter the mobile number you used at sign-up and request an OTP. The OTP arrives by SMS and is valid for ten minutes. Enter it on the verification screen and you are signed in.
If the app was installed from the verified listing — not a third-party APK — the OTP prompt works on first launch. If you see a verification prompt asking for a referral or welcome bonus code, enter it before the OTP step.
02. What about a web login?
Player11 does not run a public web sign-in form. Account access lives inside the app. This is intentional: skill-based paid fantasy requires KYC, which is hard to complete cleanly on a browser.
If you have signed up on the app and want to access your account from a laptop, you can review published match rows and contest types on this site. To play a contest, use the app.

03. Lost your phone or changed number?
Open the app on a fresh device, enter your old mobile number, and follow the OTP prompt. If your old number is no longer reachable, open the in-app Help → Account Recovery. You will be asked for your PAN and the last four digits of the bank account on file. Allow 24–72 hours for review.
04. Reset the OTP timer
If you did not receive the OTP, wait 60 seconds and tap Resend. The first resend is free; the second may require a 30-second cooldown. The OTP SMS comes from a short code registered to the operator. Do not share OTPs with anyone claiming to be support.

05. Stay signed in vs sign out each time
The app signs you out automatically after 30 days of inactivity. You can shorten that timer in Profile → Settings → Security. Sign out manually from Profile → Sign Out if you share the device.
