The editor's brief

KYC verification is requested only when you first try to withdraw above the threshold. Here is which documents to keep ready, the difference between UPI and bank withdrawal, and what to do if a withdrawal fails.

01. When KYC is requested

KYC documents are requested the first time you try to withdraw above the published threshold. Until then, you can build XIs, join contests and win — but you cannot withdraw. The threshold is published inside the in-app wallet screen.

02. Documents to keep ready

PAN card (clear photo, all four corners visible), Aadhaar card (front and back, clear photo), and a recent bank statement or UPI handle registered in your name. Keep these on your phone before your first withdrawal attempt.

03. UPI vs bank withdrawal

UPI withdrawals clear in under an hour on the first attempt if KYC is complete. Bank-account withdrawals clear in 1–2 working days. We recommend UPI for speed; use a bank transfer if your UPI handle is on a different name from your PAN.

04. PAN re-check on first payout

The first withdrawal above the threshold triggers a PAN re-check. The app may ask for a clear photo of your PAN card. Allow up to 12 hours for review. The re-check is automatic and is not a sign of suspicious activity.

05. Common reasons a withdrawal fails

Mismatched name on the UPI handle, expired Aadhaar, bank account on a different name from the PAN, or a bonus-credit balance that has not been wagered through. Each failure is logged on the in-app wallet → History screen.

06. Setting a deposit cap

Open Profile → Responsible Play → Weekly Deposit Cap. We treat this as a non-negotiable first step for any new Player11 reader. The cap is enforced by the app and cannot be raised without a 24-hour cooldown.

Editor's working checklist

Before you treat any number on this page as final, run this short checklist. The checklist is the same one the editorial desk uses before publishing a captain pick note — adapted for the reader rather than the writer.

  1. Open the app first. This site is a brief; the app is the source of truth. Verify any number that drives a paid decision inside the official Player11 app.
  2. Check the date stamp on this page. Numbers and rules change between seasons. If the page has not been refreshed in over a season, treat every figure as historical.
  3. Check the state eligibility list. Even if your account is in good standing, a state change can move paid contests to read-only. The in-app eligibility list is the source of truth.
  4. Read the FAQ on this page. The FAQ is where the editorial team answers the questions readers send in most often. If your question is not there, write to customer care.

Compliance and editorial disclaimer

Player11 is a real-money skill-based fantasy product. Paid contests require KYC, an 18+ age gate and a verified payment method. State-by-state rules apply; verify your eligibility inside the in-app Legal screen before paying any entry fee. This page is editorial commentary — it does not run contests, accept deposits, or process withdrawals.

If the entertainment stops being fun, set a self-exclusion timer in the app (Profile → Responsible Play) or write to the support team for a longer cool-off period. We treat responsible play as a non-negotiable first step for any new reader.

Reader questions

What is the KYC threshold?

The current threshold is published on the in-app wallet screen. It is set by the operator and is reviewed periodically.

Can I use a joint bank account?

No. The bank account or UPI handle must be in the same name as the PAN. Joint accounts will fail KYC verification.

What happens to my balance if I fail KYC?

Your in-app balance remains available for contest entry. You can retry KYC after addressing the failure reason. If you choose to close the account instead, see /delete-account/.
