02. How to cross-verify
The registered entity name and GSTIN can be cross-verified on the Ministry of Corporate Affairs website (mca.gov.in) and the GST portal. The grievance officer's email is also published on the operator's website footer.

03. What this site will not invent
This site will not publish ownership names, founder names, headquarters address, employee count, or funding data that we cannot trace to a public filing. Where data is not yet verified, we say so explicitly and direct readers to the in-app Legal screen.
04. If the operator changes
Acquisitions and rebrands in the Indian fantasy sector are common. When the operator changes, the in-app Legal screen is updated within 30 days and existing users are notified by email. If the in-app Legal screen does not load, or if the entity name on the screen does not match the operator that emailed you, end the session and report the discrepancy through the in-app Help → Report Phishing flow. Do not deposit money until the discrepancy is resolved.
